For sizing, measure your waist to get the diameter in inches.  The correct belt size will be the next size larger.  For instance, if your waist measures 32 inches around the correct size will be a 34 belt.  For odd numbered sizes, add 1 inch and then go to the next size beyond that.  For instance, if your waist measures 33 inches around, add 1 inch to make it 34, so the correct size belt will be a 36.
